Preface The year is 2779 A.D; Martians have invaded Earth. Their objective is to wipe out human race and establish their reign on our planet for Mars has increasingly become inhabitable. The Cube I was  hiding in my apartment; the war was in full swing; peeping through the window; I saw my city filled  in smoke and whole world burning down in ashes; I saw a warship of UNE (United Nations of Earth) struck down by a Martian flying machine. The damaged warship was out of control and was dangerously inclined to hit my building and after few twists and turns it finally crashed into my apartment. "I wasn't born a Man, I became one,I wasn't born Intelligent, I became one,I wasn't born Entrepreneur, I became one,I wasn't born a Millionaire, I became one." - Raj And so, with these ambitious lines I start my story. To begin with, it was tough time back then, recession hindered my chances of getting a decent job and I sat idle for almost an year and in the end after an Engineering degree, I was a jobless jack. People have big dreams upon completion of their graduation, especially Engineers. Hence with nothing to do for an year I slumbered on my own shell for protection. My body was filled with fervor for success I wanted to show the world which looked down upon me, my true value. This...

Five Point Some one and 3-Idiots aren't sameThese were the first lines that blurted out of my mouth after turning the last page of Chetan Bhagat's first novel. Though too late to write this article but better late than never. Coming back to the topic the movie and novel revolve around same characters (though names are different) their friendship and also both mock at the Indian educational system, mugging but the similarities end there. The two distinct features I found out were, firstly the movie was basically about what to do and novel, as the tagline suggests what not to do. The movie was more message oriented like following once own passion to reach success and the novel was...

When I was doing my engineering there was a guy named Raghu. He was one of the most intelligent person I had met in my whole life. Right from day one he got engrossed in studies and hence became favorite among lecturer's. He could solve complex and difficult problems at the drop of hat and the immense wisdom he had received through knowledge made him intellectually correct. The only thing he used to do is read read and read. There was one book or another in his hand and apart from studying he showed least interest in sports or extracurricular activities or people around him. In my 4 years of acquaintance with him I hadn't seen him socializing with anyone, instead he was regula...

The Idea : Two friends Raj and Neetu 'Deep in Love' with each other but stick to being 'Just Friends' not knowing the other person too loves the same. Set in college background the story maneuver's from situations and emotions of the characters from experiencing true friendship to hiding their love for each other.                                                                          ****Excerpt...

First of all, let me start  by letting you all know that, my heart bleeds for the girl who got raped in Delhi, especially by seeing the physical and mental pain she is undergoing. My nerves went weak when the doctor listed the surgeries they have done , and the present state of the girl. The whole country is praying for her. She is a fighter and I know she will make it through; she will have a bright future ahead. For the past few days there is an enormous outrage among the people of our country, who are demanding justice for the girl. Because of the heinous way the crime was committed, there is an unprecedented demand for capital punishment to the criminals. But let us pause for a moment...

*****  The following article was published in The Viewspaper *****In-Efficient Educational System in India Honorable Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, The motive behind writing this letter to you is to highlight the in-effective educational system of our country. A literate can never be knowledgeable unless good education is imparted to him, I have highlighted the above point considering the fact that majority of individuals who graduate from various institutions in our country are unemployable which proves the inefficiency in our educational system. 'SUCCESS', every human being carves for it, man spends his whole life achieving it, what ever he does he seeks success in it because success is another name of Happiness.  Heard a lot of stories which says "Follow your passion, success is inevitable" and saw a lot of movies which said "Listen what your heart says, you will reach success" quite true i would say. People also give example's, like that of an inspiring story of A.P.J.Abdul Kalam Azad or Bill Gates or Steve Jobs or Sachin Tendulkar or maybe Super Star Amitabh Bachchan,  you may have many awe-inspiring success stories that conclude only one point "Follow your passion and listen to your heart, success is inevit...

Indians have been credited to have invented number zero and above is the image of a fascinating text in an ancient temple of Gwalior where lies an inscription that is believed to be the one of the first records where zero is used. The text describes the numbers to calculate the dimensions of garden of the temple. We should be proud of this invention because without zero mathematics would be incomplete, research might take a lot of time and most importantly computers would not have been invented as computers work on binary numbers '0' and '1'. On further research i came to know that Indians not only invented zero but also the modern number system used by us. Yes, i...

The Aryan invasion theory proposed by max muller discredits India of its cultural, religious and spiritual continuity, it states that around 1500 b.c people of indus valley civilization known as Dravidian were conquered by a tribe known as Aryans who originated from europe (central asia, arctic region, southern russia, hungary and germany). it adds that this aryan tribe from europe brought the vedic knowledge to the indian sub-continent thereby declining india of its indigenous culture.  But the fact is this theory was devised by europeans to undermine the contribution of indian culture to the world and show its supremacy over the greatest culture of world thereby deliberately coming t...

When such a question arises, it is but natural for any common Indian to think deep. The situation has changed over the years since 1980 after the death of Former Prime Minister, Rajiv Gandhi which gave a chance to Rahul Gandhi to step into his father's shoes. Though it was evident from very long back(Indira Gandhi after Nehru and Rajiv gandhi after Indira Gandhi),but the sudden change arouse when the sons of Late Rajesh Pilot,ex-minister(Sachin Pilot) and Late Madhav Rao Scindia, ex-Railway minister(Jyothiradhithya Scindia) joined in the league of politics and took over the roots of their father. The tradition has begun in Congress but has now gone deeply in each party. The stats speak it mo...
